Master Ltd

We are Master Ltd, a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

We provide manning services for the maritime industry in accordance with the International Labour Organization's Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), including seafarer, ships catering staff recruitment and placement services (SRPS). Our main specialty is providing crews for all types of vessels such as bulk carriers, containers, reefers, tankers, as well as AHTS, PSV, ROV SV, DSV, AHT, WSV, and crew boats. One of our main strengths is development of HR strategies and providing well qualified and experienced crews for developing shipping and offshore projects from the initial stage.

We deliver our services through recruitment and placement, applying HR strategies to support maritime projects from the outset. We can provide either a full range crew management or separate recruitment of single specialists, and we manage documentation and data related to crew management, crewing, shipmanagement, and maintain a seafarers' database as part of our service.
