Matchpartner is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Leiden, Netherlands.

We have been active nationwide since 2002 as specialists in recruitment and secondment at HBO/WO level. We are specialized in the mediation of roles within the branches: commercial staffing, reintegration, government and absence management, and care and welfare. For our clients we seek profiles that meet not only the hard criteria but also fit within the atmosphere and culture of these organizations. This is how we ensure the optimal match between client and candidate. We are happy to engage with ambitious candidates and offer many opportunities and access to a large network within the mentioned branches.

We deliver our services by identifying and presenting candidate profiles that meet the required criteria and fit the organizational culture. We provide opportunities across the sectors described, including permanent roles within the staffing industry, for international recruitment and selection agencies, for secondment agencies, and for recruiters for companies. We also provide permanent and temporary opportunities within reintegration agencies, social welfare organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, WERKbedrijf and occupational health services. We also offer permanent and temporary roles within welfare and care organizations such as Reclassering Nederland, Bureau Jeugdzorg, Raad voor de Kinderbescherming, Verslavingszorg and various care institutions.

Our geographic scope is national; we operate across the Netherlands, with our headquarters in Leiden guiding our nationwide activities.
