Maternum

We are Maternum, a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

Our purpose is to connect companies facing a shortage of skilled employees with active mothers who can apply their experience and earn income during maternity or parental leave. By engaging our services, companies obtain high-quality services at lower prices while supporting a good cause. We provide mothers with opportunities for self-realization and contribute to their family budgets.

We maintain a registry of mothers interested in working during maternity or parental leave, most of whom speak English and some who speak German, Spanish, French, or Russian. Among these mothers are managers and specialists in PR and marketing, doctors, teachers, graphic designers, experienced sales professionals, secretaries, and others. They come primarily from the Central Bohemian region, but also from Ostrava, Zlín, Plzeň and other parts of the Czech Republic.
