MdMentoring

MdMentoring is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We help you find your professional path through a close, personalized, and practical experience, guiding you in your job search and preparing you for interviews, with our approach centered on your goals. We base our work on your "Why" and we focus on what you want and on how you want to achieve it.

We have our own methodology, with the objective of bringing out your best, preparing your value proposition, and grounding your action plan. This includes strengthening your confidence, developing your skills, reinforcing areas for improvement, ensuring you see your own progression, and providing follow-up after the program.

We offer two tailored programs designed to fit professionals at different stages: the "Confianza" program—a career development program for professionals with work experience seeking the job of their dreams aligned with their knowledge and abilities—and the "Pasión" program—an introduction to the working world for graduates or doctorates who want to find opportunities but are unsure how to proceed. These programs include 30 and 20 individual sessions respectively, with the support of a mentor, and are built around five areas: self-knowledge, personal branding, job search in the hidden market, interview preparation, and a personal action plan. In addition, we offer modules focused on specific areas: Vision (focusing on your CV), Original (to plan and implement your personal brand strategy), and Fortaleza (express preparation to help you perform in the interview).
