Mestieri Lombardia, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Milano, Italy. We are a nonprofit employment agency authorized by the Ministry, specialized in active labor policies.

Our purpose is to help people find work and grow professionally. We place people at the center of every action, helping them pursue new career opportunities and develop their skills, through our organizational units operating across the Lombardy region.

We deliver services through organizational units that are active throughout Lombardy. We provide tailored services for career guidance, internships, onboarding support, and support to enterprises in searching, selecting and training personnel. We also collaborate with startups, labor consultants and centers serving enterprises, manage incentives for hiring, and promote professional growth to build a solid and fulfilling future. We are part of the CGM national consortium network, which is a commitment to the development and well-being of communities.
