We are Mestieri Lombardia - Sede di Monza (MB), a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Monza, Italy, and we operate across the Lombardy region as the regional network of labor agencies accredited by Regione Lombardia (Accreditation no. 305, 30 January 2015) and authorized by the Ministry of Labour (Authorization no. 86, 16 February 2015, Section I).

We act as the regional network of employment agencies accredited by Regione Lombardia and authorized by the Ministry of Labour. We offer services including orientation, selection, professional accompaniment and tutoring for people facing social marginality and difficulties entering the labor market. We operate in close synergy with a network of territorial consortia of social cooperatives and communities that have long developed services in worker inclusion as well as in services to profit and social enterprises.

We deliver our services through a coordinated network of territorial agencies that are active in services to businesses, in local development and in social inclusion. Through our network we guarantee access to conciliation services and the implementation of positive actions to promote equal opportunities. Our network is part of Consorzio nazionale CGM, a brand that guarantees commitment to the development and well-being of our communities. The CGM consortium aims to build stable alliances with partners in the public and private sectors to offer services of quality at fair and sustainable costs.

Our services for companies include personnel selection, awareness-raising and corporate social responsibility on inclusion. The territorial agencies are active in services to businesses, local development and social inclusion, and through our network we support inclusion and responsible business practices.
