Milday is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

Since the early 1990s, we have offered Bulgarian businesses administrative, organizational, financial and HR staffing consulting. We specialize in personnel management, namely building for clients a professional HR management system with more than 20 modules covering all personnel aspects in accordance with ISO requirements. This includes reviewing and creating staffing policies, job descriptions, recruitment and redeployment, appraisals, onboarding of new staff, professional development and training, European standards, instructions and proposals for better production practices, systems for motivation and remuneration, socio-psychological studies, group dynamic psych trainings, shaping the working environment, management of relationships within teams, and aspects of corporate culture, crisis management and the health and psychological protection of personnel, and more.
