MTI Resources is a privately held staffing and recruiting firm based in Malaysia. We have more than 20 years of experience sourcing skilled professionals from South Asia, including India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.
We specialize in helping Malaysian companies hire for engineering and technical roles, IT developers and software engineers, and finance and accounting professionals.
We deliver an end-to-end service that covers candidate sourcing and interviews through Employment Pass approval and onboarding. We are trusted by manufacturers, tech firms, and growing businesses.
Our specialties include headhunting for engineering, manufacturing, finance and IT roles, skilled expat recruitment from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, interview coordination and candidate screening, and foreign talent pipeline strategy for Malaysian employers.
