We are MyKerja, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

We connect employers with candidates who fit their job profiles, offering a Job Fit Report for as low as RM 15 per profile. We recruit candidates that fit your job profile. We do the work for you, supported by an employer management dashboard that is easy to navigate. You fill in the key points of the role, and our algorithm and assessments take care of the rest.

We filter candidates so you don’t have to. We assist in the acquisition process by enabling our algorithm to filter candidates and provide you a better understanding of the candidate you may be hiring, thereby minimizing the probability of a bad hire.
