We are Naval Tech Hub, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Rijeka, Croatia.

We match Naval Engineers with companies in the marine and shipbuilding industry, with a focus on Naval Architecture.

We operate as a division of IMA POSLA Employment Agency and facilitate connections between Naval Engineers and companies in the marine and shipbuilding industry.

Our specialties include Naval Achitecture, Naval Architectural design, Naval Structural design, Machinery and equipment arrangements and outfittings, and Engineering Recruitment.

We are based in Croatia, with our headquarters in Rijeka.
