We are Nebuló-Meló Iskolaszövetkezet, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

Our primary aim is to provide students with work opportunities that best match their competencies, and to offer a wide range of options so that everyone can find opportunities aligned with their abilities and interests, whether seasonal, casual, short-term or long-term, intellectual or physical work. We strive to fully satisfy our partners' needs regarding employees within the framework of school cooperative employment to ensure they have the workforce necessary for their economic activities. We aim to guide future employees into the labor market in a way that aligns their abilities with our client partners' expectations. This task is supported by our team with extensive experience in the field of workforce placement, backed by national infrastructure behind the scenes. Our database consists of students in secondary and higher education who are mostly highly qualified and multilingual. Our members aim to earn money, gain professional experience, and acquire the competencies needed for their future work or career path. We regard our mission as talent development, and together with our clients we help high-potential members with professional and practical training during their studies. Our partners grow year by year, thanks to the quality of service we provide with the help of our students and expert colleagues.

We deliver our services by aligning partner staffing needs with available student talent within the school cooperative employment framework, supported by a team with extensive experience in workforce placement and by national infrastructure behind the scenes.

We specialize in student work, nationwide coverage, a mentor program, internships, festival work, summer work, and hostess/host jobs.

We operate across Hungary, with locations in Budapest, Gyöngyös, Debrecen, Pécs, Szeged and Szombathely.
