We are Next Level Kainuu, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Kajaani, Finland.

We aim to improve employment opportunities for new residents of Kainuu and to support Kainuu employers in recruiting workers with foreign backgrounds. We provide individualized, supportive services to job seekers and employers at different stages of job search and recruitment. We organize job-search support and Finnish-language training as well as certificate and short courses. We also offer translation and interpretation services and on-site support to assist onboarding and guidance for employees. Our services are free for individuals and business clients.

We deliver our services through a process-focused approach that accompanies job seekers and employers. We apply individualized guidance and practical support at each step of the recruitment process. We coordinate training and language support and provide on-site assistance to help with onboarding and orientation.

We operate in Finland.

The initiative is co-financed by the European Union and runs from 2 October 2023 to 30 September 2026.
