NextGen Human Capital is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We are a global provider of qualified, skilled and trained workforce. We recruit from and provide candidates to more than 40 countries worldwide.

We recognize that recruitment for companies requires new strategies and approaches to source workforce globally, including acceptance of qualifications, particular knowledge of specific job requirements, language requirements, and intercultural aspects in any international deployment plan. We support our customers from the preparation of recruitment through to deployment, including the development of recruitment and deployment plans; sourcing, vetting and pre‑selection of candidates based on our customers' job profiles; organization of interviews and assessments; and pre‑deployment coordination such as document collection, medical, visa, trainings, and travel coordination.

We specialize in recruitment, manpower supply, contract staffing, staff qualification and training, and we work across healthcare, oil and gas, construction, facilities management, caregiving, hotels and restaurants, catering, security, and retail.

We operate internationally and have presence across multiple regions, with activity in United Arab Emirates, India, Japan, Kenya, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Qatar, Singapore and South Africa.
