Nils Munck Consult is a self-employed staffing and recruiting firm operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Sorø, Denmark.

We work with organizations of all sizes, focusing on staffing, talent development, leadership development and organizational development. If needed, we can also take on the role of an external HR advisor on call. If the task crosses borders, we have a strong network among international advisory firms and consulting houses. We also have specialized competencies in the media, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
