Nitor AS

Nitor AS is a government agency operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Lørenskog, Norway.

We are a labor market organization that aims to provide meaningful work to people who have become detached from the workforce. People who come to us meet supportive mentors who facilitate growth through positive experiences in working life. To achieve this, we collaborate with NAV, Lørenskog municipality (and other municipalities), local businesses, and voluntary organizations. The production of environmentally friendly products and services generates tasks for our workers, which in turn provides skills, development and motivation for the benefit of themselves, us and our partners.

We deliver our services by coordinating with NAV, municipalities and local partners to create opportunities and tasks that build competence, development and motivation among our workers. We provide guidance and facilitation that supports social entrepreneurship and access to quality products and service.

We operate in Norway.
