Omsorg & Behandling, we are a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1974 and are headquartered in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
Our purpose is to deliver efficient staffing solutions of professional and service-oriented healthcare personnel for county councils, municipalities, and private healthcare providers.
We maintain high quality assurance, ensure proper working conditions and safety through a collective agreement to secure the right conditions for our employees (insurances, occupational pension, work environment, recruitment processes, etc.). We have routines and processes for quality assurance and we are ISO certified for quality ISO 9001:2015, environmental management ISO 14001:2015, and occupational health and safety ISO 45001.
