One World is an educational organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

We provide global opportunities for Mongolian students through cultural exchange and educational programs, including Work & Travel USA, Internship USA, Trainee USA, and Study in the USA. Each year, we send over 600 students to participate in J-1 Exchange Programs. We collaborate with J-1 designated sponsors and host employers to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for our participants. We maintain partnerships with more than 100 employers, universities, and organizations to offer hundreds of job opportunities annually across hospitality, tourism, and education.

From application to departure and beyond, we provide comprehensive support to ensure that every participant has a fulfilling and successful exchange.

Our programs include Work & Travel USA, Internship USA, Trainee USA, and Study in the USA.

We work with partners in Mongolia and the United States to deliver these programs and opportunities.

Through these programs, we shape the futures of Mongolian students, offering them opportunities to explore new cultures, develop skills, and build meaningful connections across the globe.
