For companies, we take charge of recruitment, conduct personality tests, provide coaching for leaders, assist with implementing pre-employment training (POE, AFPR...), offer outplacement support, and help with the implementation of processes (for example onboarding journeys to support recruitment success). For candidates, we offer career guidance, coaching (personalized support in job searches, CV/cover letter writing, interview preparation), and skills assessments.
