Partners at Work is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Baarn, Netherlands.

Since 1 September 2022 we have collaborated with the partners of Escalier, a boutique executive search bureau specializing in the real estate market. We provide executive search at board, supervisory, and director levels in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. We have built a network of male and female talent. In each search we offer a mix of male and female candidates (50:50). We also consider other diversity characteristics.

Our specialties include pension services, consultancy, finance, asset management, financial services, legal, care & cure, public, education, supervisory board, diversity search, industry, ICT/telecom, corporates, human resources, and diversity & inclusion.

We operate in the Netherlands.
