We are Pasona Inc. Pasona Career Company, a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1976 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

In March 2010, Pasona Career Inc. merged with Pasona Inc., with Pasona Career surviving and the corporate name changing to Pasona Inc.

Our specialties include paid employment placement services, re-employment support services, organizational and human resources consulting services, and advisory consulting services.

We operate in Japan and maintain a nationwide presence within the country.
