We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands.

We are the trainer and recruiter of young IT talents (bachelor’s and master’s level) in the areas of data, functional management, and security. We relieve our clients and candidates of the burden by handling recruitment, selection, training, and certifications entirely. In our high-quality IT traineeships, which consist of theory, practice, and certifications, we teach the trainees the ins and outs of the trade (both technically and in soft skills) and we ensure a sustainable match with one of our clients. The client can, after a detavast period, take over the trainees at no cost. This enables us to help our clients grow with their own staff and supports the retention of critical knowledge.

We start several traineeships per year so that we always have well-trained local IT professionals who can quickly add value. We work for diverse clients across sectors, including Top 500 and SME companies, in Commercial, Financial, Municipal, Healthcare, and Education organizations.
