PERSONAL TOTAL is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Munich, Germany.

We offer innovative solutions in the areas of personnel search, direct approach, and selection procedures, and we participate in filling engineering positions.

With our partner network, we provide a nationwide but individualized service with a broad spectrum of services in personnel consulting. We specialize in filling roles that require high qualifications and specific expertise, for example in engineering or IT, but also in many other professional groups such as sales, finance, and the commercial sector.

The basis of these nationwide services is our partner system, which enables personal and specialized on-site support based on shared standards and defined recruiting processes. Through a process-oriented approach, transparency and high quality in filling positions are ensured. Core elements of the placement process include analysis, identification and pre-selection, as well as candidate presentation and project documentation.

We operate in Germany.

These facts reflect our recruitment and staffing approach, supported by a database with over 300,000 candidate CVs including photos and certificates, and approximately 120,000 engineers in the candidate database, which corresponds to about one fifth of all engineers working in Germany. We have more than 20,000 successful permanent placements, more than 35,000 new applications per year, and more than 1,000 assignments and newly filled positions each year.
