Personalomsorg AS, we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1997 and we are headquartered in Sykkylven, Norway.

We exist to help organizations take care of everyone in the organization, in everyday life as in crisis. We provide support to leadership and human resources departments in leadership development for those responsible for personnel. We work broadly with everything that can affect the work environment, and we offer support in following up on sickness absence, conflict and crisis among employees. We have developed personnel handbooks and crisis management tools for schools and kindergartens. We also have an extensive course portfolio. We operate the crisis portal.
