Plan FIJA

We are Plan FIJA, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Zaragoza, Spain.

We operate as a youth employment program funded by the Government of Aragon, arising from the agreement between INAEM and the social partners UGT-Aragón, CEPYME-Aragón, and CEOE Aragón, with CEOE Aragón coordinating.

We place unemployed young people under 30 into the labor market through contractual modalities aligned with their personal and professional profiles. Since our beginnings we promote Dual Vocational Training; we coordinate employment-training initiatives that enable access to the job market and the professional training of the youth, as well as increasing the competitiveness of companies by aligning the qualifications of professionals with the requirements of the Aragonese business fabric.

We operate in Spain, with activities focused in Aragon.
