About PRIN-ITALERT project
PRIN-ITALERT project; we operate in the executive search services industry as a nonprofit organization, headquartered in Perugia, Italy.
We aim to improve the operational prediction of rainfall-induced landslides over large areas by combining rainfall thresholds defined from satellite-based rainfall products with innovative artificial intelligence algorithms, in particular Random Forest and Artificial Neural Networks.
We are funded by the European Union NextGenerationEU program and the Italian Ministry of University and Research within the PRIN: National Interest Research Projects – Call 2022.
We operate across Italy, with locations in Perugia, Padova and Catania.
