PROMAN Suisse is a privately held, 100% family-owned and 100% independent group operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1990 and we are headquartered in Yverdon, Switzerland.

We provide staffing and recruitment solutions to help our clients find the talent they need. We operate under four complementary brands in Switzerland: PROMAN, CréaJob, Seeland Job and BM EMPLOI. We have a presence across 18 countries with 1,278 agencies.

We deliver our services through a network of 20 agencies across Switzerland, including a headhunting-focused agency that complements our offerings. We provide both temporary staffing and permanent recruitment services.

We specialize in hospitality, electricity, catering, industry, office administration, structural construction, finishing works, watchmaking, IT, medical, sales, marketing, HR and legal, property and construction, engineering, procurement and supply chain, finance and accounting, C-level, and the tertiary sector.

We operate across Switzerland with multiple locations.
