PVI - Pædagogisk vikarindsats is a self-employed entity operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Taastrup, Denmark.

We provide social-pedagogical services and draw on many years of experience in placements, authorities work, and work with vulnerable adults and young people. We work from a holistic, respectful and solution-focused approach. We offer treatment and support in the mother tongue, without the use of interpreters in engagements (Arabic, Turkish, Kurdish).

We deliver our services by supplying temporary staff to the social and special sectors and by offering specialized home support in residents' own homes in the greater Copenhagen area and across Zealand. We undertake assignments across Denmark within pedagogical work at a high social-professional level and at competitive prices.

We serve institutions with children and adults with special needs, including residential facilities and supported housing, schools, day care centers, individual projects and special arrangements. We provide temporary staffing services to the social and special sectors and offer specialized home support.

We operate nationwide across Denmark.
