Randers FC Jobakademi. We are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Randers, Denmark.

We strengthen people toward healthy jobs and healthy communities. We are a powerful center for moving people in a positive direction. Since our start in 2011, we have helped numerous job seekers into employment or education. We are an effective bridge for those who are disadvantaged or vulnerable, helping them gain a foothold with local employers.

We are part of Randers FC and work with the club's more than 300 corporate sponsors, the club's many volunteers, and a broad network of organizations, as well as a binding partnership with Randers Municipality and a close collaboration with Jobcenter Randers.

In 2018 we focused on, among other things, finding part-time jobs for youths under 18 from the northern part of Randers, and Sundjob—a growth program that supports activity-ready jobseekers over 30 in making healthier choices to gain more strength for work or education.
