Randstad Norway, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1960 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We were founded in the Netherlands in 1960, and we are present in 39 countries. We provide HR and staffing solutions. In Norway, we entered the market in 2008 through the acquisition of a local niche specialist, and since then we have grown in the recruitment landscape. In 2015 we acquired Proffice in the Nordic region, and in November 2016 we changed our name so that all Proffice offices also carried the Randstad name.

We deliver our services through our office network and through acquisitions that broaden our Nordic footprint.
