RC Consulting Srl is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Sassari, Italy.

We operate across the national territory, with a focus on the region of Sardinia, and we are regularly registered with the national register of Employment Agencies kept at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies. Our services include personnel search and selection, managerial consulting, and training.

We deliver our services through three core areas: the search and selection of qualified personnel; the assessment of competencies, capabilities, and performance; managerial consulting; and managerial training and funded training.

We operate across Italy, with a focus on Sardinia. The Sardinia desk was inaugurated in October 2010 through an affiliation with Media Work, part of the Max Work group, to assist companies in staffing matters.
