We were created to normalize job hunting activities in Japan, as a new graduate recruiting company born to fulfill our mission. We believe the turnover rate of new graduates within three years of joining the company has remained at 30%, and we think this is because students have few opportunities to collect real information about their jobs. As a pioneer of early recruitment and early job hunting, we aim to create a better future for companies and students by rebuilding a system that eliminates mismatches from the perspective of human resources and education.
