RecluChat, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

We provide a mobile application that allows requests for employment or contract resources via text or voice messaging. We ask a series of questions to identify exactly what is needed in terms of skills, behavior, education, and personality, a process that takes no more than five minutes and can be conducted by text or voice. Our application supports users in specifying requirements and outlines how resources are found and evaluated.

Using the platform, the position is sent to companies certified with us in the search for resources with expertise in the specified area. Resumes from different companies are received and only candidates most aligned with your specifications are uploaded to your application. You will be able to see how the candidate meets the specifications as a percentage. You can decide whether to interview them within the same application. All interviews are coordinated by RecluChat via voice or text.

After selecting a candidate, the negotiation is closed through RecluChat.
