We are Region Sjællands Vikarkorps, a nonprofit organization operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Sorø, Denmark.

We were established in 2019 to support Region Zealand's hospitals with qualified temporary staff. We provide nursing personnel to all departments and specialties and function as a recruitment channel.

Our approach includes a thorough employment process for our temporary staff, and we ensure ongoing updates of mandatory courses. We place emphasis on maintaining open dialogue and a well-functioning collaboration with both temporary staff and hospital departments. The Vikarkorps steering group includes vice directors with nursing expertise who help set terms and new initiatives. Professional groups associated with the Vikarkorps include nurses, radiographers, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers, nursing students and pedagogues.
