We emerged from the experience of a group of professionals interested in personal growth across fields of psychology (organizational, educational, social, and clinical) and in organizational development. We believe this is the right moment to intervene through companies, educational institutions, and programs that aim to improve quality of life. We believe that the human being is the basis of transformation, improvement, and change. As our name indicates, it is about taking a pause and starting again with new tools and models of thought and behavior. Every organization, and in particular the people connected to it, require adjustments to meet the needs and challenges the environment presents.
