We are Rekruttering | Outplacement | Karrierehjælp, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Haderslev, Denmark.

We are a small recruitment partner, built on practical experience and professional expertise to help you hire the right candidate. We place great emphasis on being perceived as a good and professional partner who supports your recruitment based on your needs and wishes. For some of our clients this means supporting the initial hiring phase with initiation, candidate search, and selection of candidates. For others, it means supporting the hiring process from start.

For career help, if you are considering a career change, we engage in conversations to explore possibilities, ask the right questions, identify opportunities, and help you overcome barriers to a career change. Outplacement support is centered on you. We provide support and assistance until you are back in work. Initially we focus on getting to know you. You will have a personal adviser who accompanies you until we reach the goal—whether that is a new job, further education, starting your own business, or something else.
