RETS Associates is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the real estate industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Newport Beach, United States.

We identify highly qualified candidates for permanent and executive positions in the commercial real estate industry, on behalf of our clients. We identify highly qualified candidates in a wide variety of disciplines covering asset and property management, development, construction, acquisitions/investments and financial analysis.

We deliver our services through retained search, executive search, recruitment, and direct hire search. We work with a range of clients including REITs, developers, investors, pension fund advisors, operating companies, real estate private equity firms, family offices, corporate real estate departments, homebuilders, financial services and third-party real estate services firms.

We operate across the United States.

We are involved in associations including ICSC, NAIOP, ULI, BOMA, CREW and IREM.
