We specialize in hiring C-level candidates and IT talent from middle to C-level. We identify top candidates who are not available through standard search channels by conducting a briefing to define key competencies, soft and hard skills; we perform searches using a database of 100,000+ candidates and cold search; we conduct hard skills assessments, profiling, security checks, and reputation checks by collecting feedback from two previous jobs.

We fully recruit middle to head specialists for IT and Software Development, Affiliate and Marketing, iGaming and Betting, and Government IT-product. We relocate, hunt, and close vacancies that cannot be closed for months.
