Sanaliv Bemanning is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our vision is to create a safe and secure healthcare environment for providers, while offering our consultants the opportunity to decide where, when, and how they want to work and to have the freedom to manage their own finances. By offering longer assignments, we can reduce the workload for healthcare providers while ensuring patient safety across both public and private healthcare providers.

We recruit quality-assured personnel including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to staff regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers across the country. Our head office is in Stockholm, and we staff healthcare across all 21 regions and 290 municipalities in Sweden. We strive to build strong and reliable relationships with our customers and consultants to support patient safety.
