We are Sanya Huimin Human Resource Development Company, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Sanya, China.

We uphold a service philosophy of serving the government, serving employees, and serving society. We provide comprehensive government employee services to administrative and public institutions, and to political parties and groups in Sanya and Yazhou District, Tianya District, Jiyang District, and Haitang District. Our business has expanded to Ledong, Wuzhishan, and Lingshui. While managing government employee recruitment, hiring, and day-to-day administration, we have expanded our training services. We have been recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for our work in the HR field in Hainan.

We are directly supervised by the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and funded by the municipal finance department. We deliver government employee services through this governance framework, handling recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing management, while also providing training programs for government employees.

Our operations are centered in Sanya, Hainan, China, and we have extended our services to Ledong, Wuzhishan, and Lingshui in the region.
