SAT Kadrovske usluge

We are SAT Kadrovske usluge, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our scope includes providing services and solutions from the field of resources within Serbia. We hold ISO 9001:2008 certification for human resources activity. We offer staff leasing and outsourcing, an employment model in which employees are hired to meet the work needs of clients. We act as the formal employer and handle all HR activities, while the client can focus on their primary business activity. We sign employment contracts with employees and transfer them to the client.

Our approach involves preparing the necessary documentation in accordance with current laws and regulations, signing contracts with employees, providing registrations and departures of our employees, health insurance for employees, calculation of earnings, and payment of taxes and contributions, as well as compensation of employees.

We provide outsourcing, permanent placement, temporary placement, payroll, recruitment, job interviewing, selection, job announcement, HR activities, personnel selection, HR operations, and job descriptions. We also perform selecting and hiring potential candidates for requested positions, and our database includes more than 15,000 active candidates with diverse education, expertise, and preferences.

We operate in Serbia.

We provide a range of services and a recruitment process that includes evaluation and ranking of candidates in accordance with required profiles, contacting candidates, preparation and organization of interviews, conducting interviews, and creating reports to present selected candidates to the client.
