We are SECAWO, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Wrocław, Poland.

We work with passion to provide work for caregivers of seniors in Germany. With many years of experience, we have adapted our services to a changing world and we can point to electronic document flow, simple recruitment, and efficient transport organization. Since the start of our operations, we have employed workers primarily from Poland and Romania. We offer assignments across the whole of Germany. Through the courses we organize, we raise the skills of our cooperators. We know that ongoing development is important, and for this reason we have moved our courses and trainings online, so everyone can learn at a time and place convenient for them.

We recruit quickly and professionally. By ensuring the quality of our services, we send workers with verified skills and experience to assignments. For people who are just starting their work with seniors, we offer courses and trainings. To stay up to date and to care for the environment, we deliver our services largely through electronic platforms and IT systems available on computers and mobile devices.
