We are SILVERHAND Group - Recruitment Agency, a self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Poznań, Poland.

We operate internationally and specialize in the placement of qualified workers, IT specialists and engineers as well as managers. In 2019 we completed 2,500 recruitment projects. We have offices in Poland (Poznań and Ostrow Wielkopolski), Romania (three branches), Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Lithuania.

We deliver our services through collaboration with business partners across Europe and beyond to complete large-scale recruitment projects. Our approach is based on involvement and adherence to ethical standards — honesty, responsibility and respect for people. The core value is reflected in our slogan “work is not a product,” derived from the Declaration of Philadelphia created by the International Labour Organization.

We specialize in HR, work abroad, employment agency services, IT recruitment, recruitment in Poland, recruitment of mid- and senior-level employees, and recruitment.

We operate nationally and internationally with offices in Poznań and Kraków, Poland; Timișoara and Craiova, Romania; Piešťany, Slovakia; Budapest, Hungary; and Sofia, Bulgaria. We also work with business partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Spain, Italy, France and Canada.
