Sitonia Crew Management Ltd – we are a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

Our mission is to provide high-standard crew to principal owners in the global context and to reach ship owners and management worldwide. We deliver quality crew to our customers so that they can concentrate on other aspects of ship operation with ease.

On behalf of our customers, we manage the Human Resource Department with dedication. We offer total crew management for all ranks, for all types of vessels and rigs around the world. We also supply experienced divers for any kind of work. We ensure good coordination between the crew, owner and management. We select Ukrainian crew who have good reputation and demand in the international market. We select crew holding STCW-95 Convention Certificate and valid license and are fluent in English. The officers and crew are selected on the basis of their competency, experience, good health and moral conduct. Under our policies only such officers and crew who fulfill IMO STCW Criteria are eligible to apply. We have a database of professional seafarers, from which we select appropriate candidates as per requirement of our Principal Owners. The bio data of candidates are thoroughly screened by checking past employment references; we also check their Competency Certificates and STCW courses.

Geographically, we operate around the world, providing crew and related services to ship owners and management internationally. We select Ukrainian crew who have a good reputation and demand in the international market.
