We are SKILL Rekruttering AS, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We have long-standing experience in the industry, and a passion for recruitment led to the establishment of the company in May 2023. In total we have more than 20 years of experience with consulting and recruitment for organizations across a wide range of industries – in the public sector and private business.

We use innovative methodology and an established network to address our clients' recruitment needs professionally and efficiently. Our experience shows that clients and candidates may have different needs during the process, so we tailor all processes to ensure the best possible end result. We challenge, engage and inspire. In a challenging economic market, we understand that many companies want to save money—even on recruitment. However, recruitment does not have to be a large expense. We believe using our services should pay off compared with doing it in-house. We offer a cost-focused recruitment concept with high quality, where all processes are tailored to the individual customer. Our geographic scope is Norway. We are based in Oslo and operate primarily within the Norwegian market.
