Skillbandit is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We know from our operating approach that a recruitment process is effective when new colleagues remain successful in their positions over the long term. We launched our job portal with the aim that soft skill-based selection provides a better candidate experience and reduces turnover, helping employers in the selection and helping applicants find the workplace that suits them.
