We are Smarte Hoder AS, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Østerås, Norway.

We were established in September 2021 with a clear goal to become a preferred actor within recruitment and staffing of leaders and specialists. Our diverse portfolio includes finance, accounting and auditing, oil and gas, mining and mineral industries, as well as food and feed production, aviation, and international freight forwarding.

Our approach is built on a deep understanding of client needs, complemented by solid operational and strategic experience. This knowledge supports our flexibility in a dynamic sector.
