We are SODAT, s.r.o., a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Brno, Czech Republic.

We combine two key areas: staffing and comprehensive management of networks and IT. We specialize in temporary staffing in manufacturing, services, and commerce, cover Brno and the surrounding area, and cooperate with a wide range of companies. Since 2015, we have expanded our services to mediate permanent employment with the option of "Try & Hire" to verify candidate suitability before permanent employment.

We deliver our services by connecting clients with temporary personnel and supporting operations in manufacturing, services, and commerce. We provide up to 500 temporary workers daily and work with a broad range of firms in Brno and its surroundings.
