Unlike a large bureaucracy or call center, we act as a personal consultant, providing the benefits you need. We strive to provide the most suitable staff quickly and reliably, based on the required profile. Fast availability and flexibility means that, within a short time, the requested staff are at your door, whether for a day or for a year, and you determine the duration. Personal support around the clock means that a single point of contact is important for a good partnership, so we are available from 0 to 24 hours. Transparency and security mean you pay only for actual hours worked and confirmed by you. All personnel we place are registered with us as personnel consultants for the regional health insurance fund; all contributions are paid. Foreign workers are provided only with valid work documents.
