We are a company specialized in personnel selection services, with twenty years of experience, primarily in the financial sector. Our purpose is to support organizations in selecting suitable candidates by applying structured processes that emphasize security, reliability, and rigorous analysis.

We deliver our services through a structured selection process that includes three key stages: psychological evaluations, home visits, and background verifications. We carry out these evaluations through an interdisciplinary team of professionals in Social Work and Psychology, and we compile the results into a detailed final report that provides clear grounds for selecting the best candidate.
