SpellRise Recruitment (Ex. HR Partner Ukraine) operates in the staffing and recruiting industry as a self-employed organization. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We offer a full circle of recruiting opportunities, and in 2019 we took a significant step in developing recruiting in Ukraine and Europe.

We provide a full range of recruitment services, including help with applications, placement of vacancies on the company's internal portals, active search for specialists using internal databases and external sources, initial screening of candidates, and recommendations on the selection process and execution of offers. We also provide post-placement support.

We have found more than 1000 specialists for our customers. Among them are IT specialists of all levels; employees of sales and digital marketing divisions; and C-Level managers. Our team focuses on targeted selection of candidates, and we avoid presenting those who do not fit the request. Our approach is oriented toward the mutual satisfaction of applicant and customer needs, and more than 95% of the specialists we have found remain working with our customers for years.
